1922 - Mr. Primavera, Sr. an Artisan Designer and Craftsman who, with his father, made jewelry for the royal families of Pescara, Italy, came to America. 1934 - Victor Primavera, Sr. founded and established a sterling silver manufacturing company under the name Danecraft, Inc. The Danecraft name comes from the Danish influence which Mr. Primavera, Sr. designed and his occupation or trade requiring a special skill as a silversmith or craftsman. 1934 -1960's - Danecraft produced the most intricate and highest quality sterling silver charms, bracelets, necklaces, earrings and pendants in the industry. 1970's - Built the Bridge areas in major department stores across the country. Bridging the gap from costume jewelry to fine jewelry and introducing Sterling and Vermeil (24kt gold over sterling silver) and ear piercing clinics to the consumer with National Advertising. 1980's - Danecraft purchased the Alan Jewelry Company in Providence. One of the industries finest makers of cast fashion jewelry in the country.
